Re: [streams] Operation stream (#287)

- Added waitSpaceChange() method and made pipeOperationStreams() respect/sync window and space.
- Merged sinks and sources in the unit test to realize the concept explained in https://github.com/tyoshino/streams_integration/blob/master/ByteSource.md
