Re: [ServiceWorker] Clients & postMessage (#609)

We're still stuck here. In case it helps, here are the requirements:

* A page/worker can communicate with a specific serviceworker on the origin.
That serviceworker may be  in any state except redundant. The serviceworker may be part of any registration on the origin. The page may or may not be controlled by a serviceworker.
