[streams] I can not find the copyright of the reference implementation. (#278)

Hi!

I want to include the reference implementation of StreamsAPI to my software. I was able to find license  (MIT) in package.json. However, copyright notice can not be found.

Could you specify both the license and the copyright of the reference implementation?
