Yeah, that sounds about right. I was hoping to work out the details, and at some point I had an ambitious plan to first figure out how we clone/transfer promises and then do the same for streams (see https://github.com/dslomov-chromium/ecmascript-structured-clone/issues/5). But maybe we can just jump to the end if this is important for a particular use case that an implementer wants to implement.
