Re: [fetch] Add "must-revalidate" to RequestCache enumeration (#165)

What do you mean by a shorthand for that header? Would it actually set that header or would this be a new behavior that is not captured currently? It sounds like the latter in which case I wonder a) what would be the exact semantics and b) why we didn't think of including this before.
