I think the point is we still don't have a new concrete algorithm which achieve
the new proposal.

If Koji's idea is not acceptable, someone must try to fix the current proposed
algorithm so that it doesn't have any changes which we haven't agreed.


As I said in this thread, I don't have a strong opinion about the location of
insertion points in the event path.
I can live with the world where the location of insertion points are changed.
However, if a new algorithm becomes too complex than the current one, I'm
afraid that I have to raise the concern because it might be a bad signal, which
we can discuss later once we can get a working algorithm.

Olli, I appreciate if you could help Koji to fix the proposed algorithm.
