[Bug 23887] [Shadow] Put only the final destination insertion point to the event path

We should treat this kind of unintentional change as a bug of the new proposal
unless these are intentional ones.

Please don't change any behavior except for reordering insertion points in the
event path because that's the only proposed change, AFAIK.

Please file a new bug if this is an intentional change.
