Could someone give me the link to the discussion? I am feeling that we should file a bug for that as another bug. I couldn't find any mention about Window object "in 4.7 Dispatching events" of DOM standard. http://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dispatching-events says: > If event's target attribute value is participating in a tree, let event path be a static ordered list of all its ancestors in tree order, and let event path be the empty list otherwise. I am not sure what is the best way to deal with Window object in event path. I am assuming that Window object is not the parent of Document.
