            Bug ID: 25049
           Summary: disallow nullable Promise<T> types
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebIDL
          Assignee: cam@mcc.id.au
          Reporter: cam@mcc.id.au

There doesn't look to be a good reason to support |Promise<T>?|, i.e. nullable
Promise types, so we should explicitly disallow it.
