With respect to this I wondering why initEvent() is not mark as obsolete
(https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dom3events/raw-file/tip/html/DOM3-Events.html#widl-Event-initEvent)
and maybe moving to "Legacy Event Initializer Interfaces".
