I happened to notice that
<https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webcomponents/raw-file/tip/spec/custom/index.html>
shows a broken-lock icon in Firefox and Chrome, ostensibly because it includes
the http:// version of w3c_home.

This isn't terribly important, but might be nice to fix.
