Another thing we need to consider is what
http://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-node-adopt and
http://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-node-clone do with the base URL. I guess if
there is a non-"inherit" base URL we want it to be kept, same for ShadowRoot?
