Bug ID: 23537
Summary: [spec.next] expose origin of HTML markup when
possible?
Product: WebAppsWG
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Clipboard API and events
Assignee: hsteen@mozilla.com
Reporter: hsteen@mozilla.com
QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org
CC: mike@w3.org
The Windows clipboard contains some meta data for HTML snippets/pages,
specifying among other things the URL the content originates from. This is
interesting information and might be worth exposing.
