Users familiar with this explainer are looking at the Web Components
specification (and Web Components polyfills) and becoming confused.

I believe what they really want is the Custom Elements specification (and
matching polyfills).

Some way of making this clearer in the explainer (or renaming it) may be a good
first step to dispelling FUD.
