If by "it" you mean changing the [Construct] of an existing function
dynamically in SpiderMonkey, it's not feasible without significant changes to
the internal representation of functions in Spidermonkey.  I now have this on
very good authority.  It's also not likely to happen on any sort of short
timeframe.

I can't speak for JSC and Chakra and Carakan.  Might want to check with them
too.
