Summary: [Custom]: Custom elements should be able to apply
styles to the bound element
Product: WebAppsWG
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Component Model

Consider the tab strip sample component: It contains styles for the h2s that
are in the light document. Components need a way to style elements in the light
document beyond just @host.
Perhaps the top-level stylesheets of linked component definitions can apply to
bound elements?
