In the first sentence of the abstract change
"This specification defines an XML [XML] grammar intended for representing events as they are defined in DOM 3 Events [DOM3EV], primarily but not exclusively for purposes of transmission."
by
"Remote Events for XML (REX) 1.0 is an XML [XML] grammar for representing events as they are defined in DOM 3 Events [DOM3EV], primarily but not exclusively for purposes of transmission."
Maybe there is a typo in "a DOM representation by sending it DOM Events"
