Internet Explorer returns codes from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=193625 as status code when something goes wrong while still letting readyState go to 4. Other browsers let readyState go to four as well, but nothing really indicates the type of error. I'm open to suggestions as to how to resolve this issue. (Jim Ley basically brought this up during the first F2F meeting, but I haven't really gotten around to it so far.
