[webai] Human Judgment Layer – A Missing Piece? (#7)

schchit has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webai:

== Human Judgment Layer – A Missing Piece? ==
If the Web is becoming the transport layer for irreversible decisions —
financial settlements, medical diagnoses, autonomous driving commands…
Shouldn’t we reserve a structural place for verifiable human judgment?

This is an early sketch of how accountability could move.
Four primitives:
Judgment
Delegation
Termination
Attribution

Not a standard proposal. Not a mature framework.Just a question worth asking.

If you’ve been thinking about the same thing —
Let’s talk. March 25.
