Web fights covid19 Community Group - Classification prototype

Dear participants,

Welcome to the last participants to join the CG and @Jim for offering as
co-chair. A pleasure to count on you all.

As you may remember, a few days ago we sent you a prototype of the possible
classification for the analysis of the web resources collected. Please,

With the aim of initiating the collection and analysis, we consider it
appropriate to define the "final" classification tool. So, if you agree, any*
comment or suggestion will be welcome until tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd) at
the EOB day*. Thereafter we will start the joint collection and analysis by
all the participants who would like to do so

As you also can see in the CG, we have a GitHub repository available
(Thanks @Xiaoqian for creating it).
