Re: Planning to close Web Thing Protocol Community Group due to inactivity unless we hear from you

Hi Ben,

Thank you for the very helpful chat today. We won’t close the group. My understanding from the chat is that:

* The WOT WG is interested in a protocol and wanted to see incubation. This CG was launched because the WOT CG does not publish Specifications.
  (I have updated the WOT CG description to make that clearer.)

* Work has been happening in venues not detected by our tools, but now there is a new Specification [1] and we are more likely to see activity on Github.
