[W3C Web Security IG] Draft charter of W3C Web Payment IG is ready for comments

As discussed in our previous call, the draft charter for the future W3C Web Payment IG has been published by Stéphane Boyera (CCed). This charter covers area related to security, identity and authentication, which may be of interest for all of us. See http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html
