[W3C Web Security IG] starting the Manifest secuirty review

Dear all,

We gathered few volunteers to review the Manifest specification [call]. This mail is to announce that a separate task force will be working during the coming weeks in a separate thread (but with public results and report). If you are interested in joining that task force, do not hesitate to contact me, Terri or Wei Wu, who are actually the brave volunteers.
This task force will beta-proof the security review process [process], and will improve it by experiencing.

Regards,
Virginie
