Case-insensitive _blank only works in Firefox. In Edge and Internet Explorer (like in Chrome and Safari), it fails.
Is this definitely web-compatible? I see that in even works in Firefox 3, so at least in the desktop web, this is most probably web-compatible - but what about the mobile web?
