If you already have a target system, I'm happy to look into an alternative for you (as-is, the script is set up to deploy nginx on port 80) The Web server already running on w3c-test.org is just https://github.com/w3c/wptserve (that is, exactly same as what you get locally if you run `./serve` from a https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests checkout. And if `prbuildbot` is just python then it seems like it could be made to run under wptserve.
