Hey @miketaylr - we're thinking we should include this test in a "compat" sub-folder of "pointerevents" given that it's logically part of pointer events interop testing, even though it happens to be specified by a combination of the pointer events and compat specs.  Seem OK to you?  Looks like the compat/ folder isn't exactly an exhaustive test suite for the compat spec already or anything ;-)
