The test fails in Firefox right now with close but not identical values:

> assert_equals: connectStart and fetchStart should be the same expected 256.77875500000005 but got 256.169796

I am not changing this behavior. So it seems this change can still be reviewed. It is a progression on at least one test and the rest are benign cleanup.
