@plinss, the initial patch was to move things in the opposite direction, but @zcorpan (editor and one of the OWNERS) was fine with the other direction, so I did not think to escalate to the WG. @gsnedders @zcorpan, what will happen to the test links at the top of the specs? They're currently not very useful, did I break them or was it always like this? I'm happy to move in the other direction, or whatever the preference is. @plinss, do you think that CSSOM and CSSOM View specifically would still benefit from being under css/, or are you more generally concerned about changes without CSSWG vetting?
