@foolip: Since there are no comments on this issue at all, it could be one of the following: - Travis didn't fire the webhook - w3c-test.org was briefly down or inaccessible - there was an error in the script - the GitHub API was down It looks like all but one PR since this one have commented to GitHub successfully. The [other PR](https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/5420) that did not was also a chromium-export PR. This is _probably_ a coincidence.
