@upsuper, being in the OWNERS file means that you'll get pinged automatically by a bot on these issues. If you get tired of it, then you can just remove yourself.

As for the directory structure, the idea was to match the spec's structure, so that if the normative thing is in the "Model" section it'll be tested under model/. The tests in Blink are split like this, but the moment it starts be a hindrance in wpt I'll happily flatten it.
