This follows the path identified for a potential fix in #3662 (long timeout, not a muxed SourceBuffer). Slow platforms (e.g. debug-mode browsers or perhaps mobile) may still timeout. Furthermore, the test depends on the implementation's coded frame eviction heuristic not being very aggressive, so eventually the QuotaExceededError should occur.
