@jgraham Here are more MathML tests. They have been reviewed and integrated into WebKit's and (I think) Gecko's test suite. They pass on Gecko and WebKit, except that the latter has some issue with the Javascript web font API and does not support the SuperscriptShiftUpCramped parameter yet.
