Hmm. I think it is a valid test, and Chrome just has its error types wrong. I would like @yutakahirano to confirm though if he has time. But if he does not have time by, say, 2016-10-19, we should merge this and Chrome can do any follow-up later when we investigate the test failures more thoroughly. I do not like letting tests sit waiting for review; WPT has too many of those already :)
