@stellatigre I have now added a [WebDriver specification test harness](https://sny.no/2016/05/wdspec) for WPT and deprecated the existing tests by [moving them to _/old-tests_](https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/commit/79d8c9bb2e5d8d526818ff69f907cf8c2d7364b2).

This work renders this PR outdated. If you want to re-do the work using the new harness, I’d be most willing to help.
