While I support giving web authors more info about which browsers support which types, this test suite is intended for compliance testing and not capability detection, and our exit criteria for MSE v1 is that at least two implementations show interoperability on the same bytestream. The test as-is supports the latter better. Perhaps for VNext we could differentiate better and include some capability detection variations.
