The less lines/files, the easier will be the maintenance of these tests. But this is only a matter of taste I guess, so this is ok this way. Also, I try to keep resource files in "resources" folders for fetch tests. This is of course not mandatory, but this eases resource file skipping in some test environments (WebKit at least, maybe Chromium as well).
