Sorry for the delay, just got back from vacation.  The test seems reasonable.  LGTM.

Do all browsers that support ShadowDOM already pass it?  Normally we'd land the spec change before the test change, but I guess this is covered today by the original ShadowDOM spec and it just needs to be moved into the TouchEvents spec, right?
