Since the test is currently wrong, I'm willing to merge this if the "expected" variable is removed, unless @annevk or @Ms2ger have a reason to keep the line you deleted from the initEvent test.  However, I would also like added tests for resetting the immediate event propagation flag, unless that doesn't make sense for some reason that I'm missing.
