I guess we should probably see if we can update `idlharness.js` to emit a better error for this case—rather than just `Cannot read property 'has_extended_attribute' of undefined`. Because @ddorwin [seems to have run into this same problem with the encrypted_media IDL test](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=635690).
