This is just a minor nit, but in the ISO-2022-JP tests, for the sake a clarity for people who actually pay attention to the test names, the test names for inputs like "\x0E\x0F\x1Bx" that contain shift-out and shift-in characters should match the actual order in the input; e.g., "\x0E\x0F" should be "SO, SI" (not "SI, SO").
