The used idlharness.js shall be https://github.com/w3c/testharness.js/tree/e9470055737332d9398e0d6131f38ab5a3eb51bf, the latest code base.

If you find this is a bug of idlharness.js, feel free to submit a pull request against https://github.com/w3c/testharness.js
