The previous version used the wrong element as the centre-point of the curve.
* Chrome fails 6-of-9 tests (mainly because its interpolation is off-by-one).  See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129333
* Firefox-nightly now passes all of the WaveShaper tests.
