Yeah, WebRTC testing is tricky. We can't really test anything at all without getting past the permission prompts. In practice we're going to use flags to bypass the prompt so we at least can test all cases where the user answers yes. So these test are perhaps best thought of as semi-automatable. We could also solve this by having a -manual and regular variant of the test case where the regular variant leaves out the instructions, but then we have to solve the problem of duplicating the test logic.
