CANCELLED: October 23rd call, see you at TPAC!

Hi everyone!

We don't have any major discussions on the agenda for tomorrow (Oct 
23rd), so we're *cancelling* that call.

Instead, folks are preparing for TPAC (Nov 10-14)!  We do have a packed 
TPAC agenda

with a lot of great topics.  Hoping to see many of you there! (or remote!)

Since TPAC lands in-between the group's two other scheduled calls, we're 
also going to cancel Nov 6 and Nov 20.
