Cancelling today's WebPerfWG call

Hey folks! Happy 2024!!

Given the lack of agenda items, we're canceling today's call.
If you have anything you want to discuss for next time we meet, please add
it to the agenda <https://bit.ly/webperfwg-agenda> or ping the chairs to
add it for you.

A few things of potential interest:

   - It seems worthwhile to continue the discussion
   <https://github.com/WICG/element-timing/issues/79> from our last call on
   the issue, and then potentially discuss that in a future call.
   - There's interest in LCP and progressive JPEGs
   <https://github.com/w3c/largest-contentful-paint/issues/71> but AFAIK
   the main blocker there is data on the benefits or lack-there-of of
   progressive image rendering. If anyone can gather such data that can
   unblock the situation.
   - It seems like there's interest in moving LoAF to its own spec
   <https://github.com/w3c/longtasks/issues/132>. If folks have opinions,
   feel free to chime in!
