The Web Performance Working Group charter is hereby extended until 31 
August 2023.

The mission of the Web Performance Working Group is to provide methods 
to observe and improve aspects of application performance of user agent 
features and APIs.

The group is working on a new draft charter [1], aiming to start AC 
review by the end of the extended Charter period. Feedback is welcome as 
GitHub issues. Please use the "charter" label [2].

The Working Group chairs are Nic Jansma (Akamai) and Yoav Weiss (Google).
