WebPerfWG call - March 3rd @ 8am (!!) PST

before our typical time until now, as we started alternating slots to
better accommodate folks from EU time zones.

   - A group discussion about a hybrid TPAC
   - Questions regarding prefetch's processing model and what we should
   define there
   - JS profiling and whether we should lower the minimum sampling rate
   - A short conversation about interaction counters
