WebPerf WG @ TPAC 2021 - Request for Topics

Hi everyone!

TPAC 2021 is coming up next month on October 25-29.  As a working group, 
we have decided to meet from 8am-11am PST.  Depending on the agenda, we 
may reduce the number of days that week.

This will be a virtual event, just like last year.

The event is free for WG members and Invited Experts.  If you’re not one 
and want to join, ping the chairs to discuss (Yoav Weiss, Nic Jansma).

We're starting to put together an agenda, and *would like your ideas for 
topics*.
