Happy 2021! New role moving forward.

Hey folks. Happy new year!

As many of you noticed, I’ve been engaged in the background through most of
2020 but with limited bandwidth for the broader working group activities.
The combination of all the things that 2020 threw at all of us, plus a new
family member (she’s doing great and closing in on 6 months :)), made it
doubly interesting, hectic, and a memorable year.

I want to give a big thank you to Nic and Yoav for the great steering on
the day-to-day logistics of the group — kudos, guys! I’m really excited
about all that’s ahead in 2021 for the group and the web perf community
broadly.

On a personal note, with Nic and Yoav adeptly steering the group, I will
step down as a WG chair in 2021, once we lock in the new charter. That
said, I’m not going too far and will continue to participate, just without
the chair hat on — onwards!
