This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Web 
Performance Working Group:

This updated charter describes the scope of the Working Group in more 
details. There are no additional deliverables added. New versions of 
some of the specifications will be produced. Two documents will be 
transitioned to WHATWG.

Because the group will operate under the newly revised Patent Policy, 
current participants will need to re-join the group when a new charter 
is approved.

Diff from the current charter is available at [1].

The Working Group's current charter [2] is hereby extended until 
February 28, 2021 to accommodate the charter review period.

The group is chaired by Nic Jansma (Akamai) and Yoav Weiss (Google). 
Ilya Grigorik (Google) has stepped down from his role as co-chair of the 
group due to increased responsibilities at Google. The W3C Director and 
Team would like to express our most sincere thanks to Ilya for his 
contributions to the group.
